BUILD A STRONGER YOU

Make sure you complete the Wonder Women six week programme from start to finish, completing the all-important flexibility, movement screening, strength and stamina tests on the first and sixth week. Don’t forget to watch the ‘how to’ videos to ensure you’re performing the exercises properly. Ready?
