Wonder Women Beginners Strength


Aimed at those who haven’t done strength training before or have had a long break due to for example injury or child birth and are returning to fitness.

It follows a similar programme to the Experienced Level, but this level will incorporate longer sessions three times per week, and will not be as intense as we focus on technique and strength rather than high intensity interval training (HIIT), giving you longer recovery times. In this programme there are Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body compound and core sessions each week which will still help you become a stronger woman.

Within the App you will access different fitness exercises depending on the week you are on.

There is also a simple nutritional guide in the App which shares the basics of good nutrition along with some healthy recipes to try.

Wonder Women is a fitness programme designed to be completed over six weeks.  Through short, intense workouts three times per week with recovery and rest days built in, our method will help you become stronger and feel wonderful and just that little bit more ‘bad-ass’!.
