    The WonderWomen programme has been ace - working out in the comfort of my own home, with minimal equipment and at times that are convenient for me - whilst having Dia and the other WonderWomen to turn to for support, inspiration and accountability is just what I needed to get me back into strength training after taking a pause from fitness while pregnant and having my three babies. For me, working out has predominantly been a way to get physically and mentally stronger and those are priorities that Dia subscribes to too. I would highly recommend working out with Dia!
