The Wonder Women fitness method is designed for busy women. Building your strength is at the heart of our programme.
Wonder Women is not about weight loss. You won’t see before and after photos. Our method is about feeling awesome by becoming physically stronger through short, intense workouts three times per week with recovery and rest days built in. Weight loss can be a result for some, but is not what we focus on. As much as we don’t focus on weight loss, having muscle definition and a Wonder Women ‘bad-ass’ physique is one of our goals to getting you stronger for life!
If you’re looking for a quick fix or to take up a new fad, Wonder Women is not for you. Our method consists of carefully designed exercises performed during a six week period that gradually increase with intensity and repetition rates and changes to the rest ratio.
We use your own body weight as well as extra weights (dumbbells, kettle bell or even an everyday bottle filled with sand) plus high intensity exercises designed for people who don’t have a lot of space in their home.
