Our Wonder Women fitness programme is designed for women who are busy: at work, being a mother, fulfilling a diary of commitments who feel they don’t have the time or energy to go to the gym every day.
The Wonder Women programme is aimed at women who have ‘some’ experience in fitness, but have lost their motivation and aren’t seeing the results from their exercise routine.
Diana was an absolute lifesaver during lockdown and kept me motivated and moving in our personal training sessions. I've never felt stronger or more confident, and even though our sessions were always hard work, I absolutely loved each and every one of them, especially as I felt my fitness and strength improving week-on-week. The WonderWomen programme has been ace - working out in the comfort of my own home, with minimal equipment and at times that are convenient for me - whilst having Dia and the other WonderWomen to turn to for support, inspiration and accountability is just what I needed to get me back into strength training after taking a pause from fitness while pregnant and having my three babies. For me, working out has predominantly been a way to get physically and mentally stronger and those are priorities that Dia subscribes to too. I would highly recommend working out with Dia!
